Marine Construction Welder/Fabricator/Fitter

Taylor Marine Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking welder/fitter to support our marine and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a skilled construction team.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with daily construction activities on marine and industrial job sites
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support tasks such as demolition, welding, grinding, site cleanup, material staging, and concrete or steel work
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Follow safety procedures, job site rules, and supervisor direction
• Work around heavy equipment, barges, and waterfront environments

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on uneven surfaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Prior construction or marine experience is a plus, but not required
