Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with residents, promptly addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.
- Supervise and coordinate with external vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality services.
- Lead a team of property staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably with a focus on a portfolio of residential properties.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
