Onsite Property Manager — Boonton, NJ
Salary: $90,000 annually
Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a full-time onsite position in Boonton, New Jersey. We are looking for someone who can manage the daily needs of a community, oversee projects, and communicate clearly with residents, Board members, and vendors.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary onsite contact for residents and the Board
- Conducting property inspections and following up on maintenance and rule compliance concerns
- Coordinating vendors, reviewing proposals, and overseeing repairs and capital projects
- Preparing Board meeting materials, management reports, and resident communications
- Tracking work orders, contracts, project schedules, and outstanding issues through completion
- Assisting with budget preparation, invoice review, and expense monitoring
- Responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Property management or community association management experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment when handling resident concerns and sensitive matters
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office, electronic work orders, and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently onsite while collaborating with the Board and management team
