Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development:
- Conduct residential and commercial exterior inspections
- Meet with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, and exterior improvement needs
- Prepare and present proposals and project recommendations
- Follow up on company-generated leads and inquiries
- Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship building
- Educate customers on products, warranties, financing options, and project expectations
Project Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after project completion
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Business Development:
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using company CRM systems
- Participate in community networking events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Develop referral relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance professionals, property managers, and local businesses
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
