On-Call Catering & Event Servers – Taylor Made Cuisine

Are you organized, energetic, and love working events? Join Taylor Made Cuisine (TMC) as a Catering & Event Associate and be part of one of Southern California’s most trusted catering teams. You’ll support our Events Department both behind the scenes and on-site — helping with prep, logistics, set-up, service, and breakdown. No two days are ever the same, and every event is a chance to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with event set-up and breakdown (tables, linens, décor, food stations).
- Help load/unload catering vehicles and organize equipment.
- Food & beverage service, including replenishing stations, carrying trays, and serving guests.
- Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and instructions to keep events running smoothly.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with the Events team to deliver TMC’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, dependable team player with great attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with long shifts on your feet and moving quickly throughout events.
- Able to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifting.
- Willingness to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor venues, hot kitchens, and loud event spaces.
- ServSafe Certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Reliable transportation — travel within Orange County LA.
- Schedule & Availability
- Weekend availability is required (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and holidays depending on event schedules.
- Shifts may vary in length and location based on event needs.
