Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Boise, ID, for a Senior Attorney. The Senior Attorney will handle various legal matters, including delivering legal advice, managing labor and employment law cases, conducting legal research, strong trial experience, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in business law and litigation cases. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Business Law
• Strong knowledge and experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and Consultations
• Exceptional Research and Case Analysis skills
• Demonstrated abilities in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
• Demonstrated Trial experience
• Current Idaho State Bar License or ability to obtain Idaho ISB license within 30 days
• Proven experience handling business litigation cases
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Commitment to client-focused legal representation
