Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with trial preparation and attend court hearings
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Note: Prior experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not required.
