Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their vehicle needs upon arrival and departure
- Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and delivery vehicles within dealership premises
- Escort vehicles to designated parking areas, including outdoor lots and parking zones
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, batteries, or other automotive parts safely and efficiently
- Process cash transactions accurately for services or parking fees, maintaining proper cashiering procedures
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and technicians regarding vehicle status and guest requests
- Support outdoor work activities including yard organization, vehicle movement, and ensuring a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably for extended periods
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in processing cash transactions, retail math, or cashiering preferred
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
- Outdoor work experience and knowledge of parking regulations are beneficial
