We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dsp Master Contractor / Logistics Fleet Manager to lead our distribution and logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the entire logistics fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance planning, and route efficiency to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Lead demand planning and production scheduling efforts by utilizing SAP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to align supply chain activities with manufacturing targets.
- Oversee logistics inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics ERP modules.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline purchasing activities, ensuring materials are acquired efficiently while minimizing costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational workflows and reduce waste.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, warehouse operations, and IT to support enterprise solutions implementation like SAP ERP or Oracle EBS upgrades.
- Utilize Excel data analysis and SQL queries to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable insights for process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all logistics and fleet activities while maintaining detailed documentation for audits.
Skills
- Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems, Oracle EBS, SQL database management, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, production scheduling (MRP), and logistics inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in implementing software solutions related to manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
- Procurement experience with a focus on cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership in plant or operations management within manufacturing settings; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
