Office Coordinator (25 Hours/Week)

Growing office seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure a professional, well-run workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for office logistics, coordination, and administrative support.


Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor services
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and basic calendar coordination
  • Maintain office organization and shared spaces
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative needs as they arise


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an office coordination or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively


Schedule

  • Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week

Salary : $20 - $22
