Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet GMC of Neosho is seeking a reliable and organized Title/Office Clerk to join our team in Neosho, MO. This role involves performing a variety of administrative, accounting and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our dealership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have basic accounting knowledge, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with managing phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with inventory and supply management.
- Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain records for title work related to vehicle registrations and transfers.
- Coordinate with dealerships and state agencies to ensure proper title documentation.
- Maintain organized files related to accounts payable and vehicle titles
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).```
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid weekly
