Taylor Fitness is seeking Gym Operations Support staff to help keep our facilities running at peak performance. If you are a self-starter who takes pride in a clean, organized space and enjoys a structured workday, we want to meet you.
Daily Impact:
- Administrative: Master our computer systems to enroll new members and manage accounts.
- Facility Care: Maintain an ultra-clean environment. This role involves deep cleaning, trash removal, and constant organization.
- Product Knowledge: Act as a "floor coach" by understanding and explaining our equipment and gym policies to members.
- Service: Greet members and handle all inquiries with a positive attitude.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Strong work ethic with an eye for detail.
- Availability for weekend/evening rotations is a plus.
