Part-Time Estate Sale Team Member Taylor Family Store LLC — Mohave County, AZ $20 per hour to start; $25 per hour after six months of excellent performance
Taylor Family Store LLC is a Christian-owned family business hiring part-time estate sale team members for sales across Mohave County, Arizona.
What you’ll do You’ll work setup through sale day. Setup is a major part of the role: photographing items, logging them into our proprietary database, pricing, staging rooms, and preparing homes for sale. On sale days you’ll help open, assist shoppers, move merchandise, and close out. This is a part-time role; team members are expected on most sales we run.
Pay
- $20/hour to start
- $25/hour after six months of excellent performance
Schedule
- Part-time
- Weekday setup days
- Early sale-day mornings (often before public hours)
- Hours follow our sale calendar across Mohave County
Attendance Attendance is mandatory for scheduled shifts. We have a zero-tolerance lateness policy — if you are late, you will be let go.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work efficiently and responsibly with little supervision
- Strong customer-service skills and a professional, respectful manner with shoppers and homeowners
- Clean, professional language at all times — cursing and foul language are not allowed in our workplace
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle to reach sale locations anywhere in Mohave County
- Comfortable on your feet for long periods and working in residential environments
- Willing to learn our photo, logging, and pricing process (training provided)
- Reliable attendance and clear communication
- Able to work alcohol- and drug-free during all work hours; illegal-drug-free workplace
- Employment is contingent on a background check
Experience No prior estate-sale experience required. We train the right person.
