This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of power sports equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, jet skis and more.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right power sports parts and accessories through expert product knowledge and active communication
- Manage inventory levels by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure easy access and visibility
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers or service departments
- Maintain detailed records of inventory using inventory management software (CMMS) or Microsoft Excel for tracking stock levels and order history
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience in power sports parts is highly preferred; dealership experience is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS) or POS systems to streamline order fulfillment and stock tracking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock organization, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
- Customer service orientation with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships
