What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Taylor DeVore, P.C.?
Taylor DeVore, P.C. is searching for a litigation paralegal. 2 years of litigation experience is required. This assignment is a full-time position and is on site in Carmel, Indiana.
Position calls for excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
The key responsibilities and duties for this position would be typing dictation, review deliverables for completeness and standardization of style and format, revising documents, creating documents for filings such as Motions, Orders, Complaints, Answers, summary judgment motions and related documents, gathering exhibits for depositions and filings, routing mail, filing and doing electronic filings in state and federal courts.
Taylor DeVore is looking for someone with strong typing skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Adobe, strong proofreading skills and attention to detail. It is a busy, fast-paced and deadline driven practice requiring someone who will be focused and ready to work.
