Here’s what you can look forward to:Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company!Participate in morning huddles (feel free to lead one!), plan your day, and appreciate your team for their hard work.Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.Perform other duties as assigned.Our Practice OffersDentaPro software for efficient practice management.Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics.Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options.Qualifications We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.Required certifications such as CPR and DEA.Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.Willingness to travel to offices in New Orleans-Gentilly, New Orleans-Metairie, New Orleans-Gretna, Baton Rouge, and Hattiesburg/Biloxi, MS.What We OfferThis opportunity provides:Additional earnings each week for traveling to other offices within your area—all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals).Growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance up to $1,000/month for specific locations.Additional BenefitsGuaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period OR a percentage of collections.No lab fees.Full-time providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans paid for by the company.401(k) Retirement Plan with company match.Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.Paid holidays and time off.Continuing Education reimbursements.CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P).Reimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships.Flexible scheduling options to maintain a healthy work/life balance.VISA and Green Card sponsorship available.Our Commitment to YouAt Benevis, we value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
