Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction is hiring Foremen!
The Foreman position is for individuals who have lead crews before, ideally between 3-8 people. This role is designed for those with a strong foundation in outdoor sitework construction activities such as trenching, drainage, paving, concrete, grading, and more.
Under our mentorship, you will further enhance your skills with winter trainings, collaborative projects, and the opportunity to learn new means and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete projects from start to finish.
- Lead and educate crew members on processes and techniques.
- Plan and schedule work along side the Superintendent.
- Complete work orders and all necessary document control on site (material slips, T&M slips, safety talks, etc.)
- Assume increasing responsibilities in overseeing and guiding a team of laborers, operators, and drivers.
- Enforce safety regulations on construction sites based on your extensive experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a site work foreman.
- Ability to layout, use a laser, and operate equipment safely/efficiently.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction processes and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid and Clean Drivers License

Offered compensation: $34/hr - $40/hr
Experience and License Requirements
- 2A Hoisting License
- 3 years foreman experience
- 5-10 years Site work Construction
- Drivers License
- OSHA 10 or better
