Our company is an Iowa certified DBE company. We specialize in the following: Bridges, Box Culverts, Grading, Pile Driving, Cofferdams, and Water/Sewer projects.

- Able to handle all aspects related to personnel management on site.
- Able to make decisions pertaining to production on a daily basis.
- Willing to work side by side with laborers, so they must have the capability to manually complete any activity.
- Coordinates and oversees activities of workers engaged in construction, installation, and repair of structures.
- Examines blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.
- Determines sequence of activities concerned with fabrication, assembly, and erection of structure.
- Assigns workers to such tasks as cutting material to size, building concrete forms, and erecting wooden framework.
- A combination of over three years of directly related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job.
