These are full-time, career positions performing routine irrigation maintenance, repairs and installations as well as regular grounds maintenance, hardscape and landscaping throughout the Taylor Community properties.

Duties:
- Must have a great attitude and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions!
- Must love working in Teams
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, clocks, timers, piping etc
- Grounds equipment operations including tractors trucks and power tools
- Hydro seeding of new lawns
- Tree Removal and Chipping
- Push mowing, weed whacking
- Bark mulching, weeding and general landscaping.
- Snow removal
- Position is YEAR-ROUND, FULL-TIME
- Drivers license is required!
Qualifications:
Clear/Clean Drug test required. Clean criminal history and valid NH driver's license.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of documented experience for a professional landscaping company and will provide excellent references.
