Assistant Resident Life Director - Wolfeboro
This is a Full-Time Salaried Exempt position with some weekends required.
Under the direction of the Director of Resident Life, the Assistant Director of Resident Life is responsible for coordinating and implementing events and programming for Independent Residents at the Wolfeboro campus. The program will include three key areas: Cultural, Educational and Social activities.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a senior community in a role that included fostering and maintaining relationships with residents.
- Creative and enthusiastic and able to promote activity participation.
- Minimum 6 months of clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills and ability to work independently
- Strengths in multitasking and working independently under moderate supervision.
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Comfortable with occasional night/weekend work
- Comfortable working with elder population
- Must be a high school graduate
