Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
- Union enrollment (Carpenters Union required for project compliance).
- Proficient in reading blueprints, scheduling, and job cost tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for field and client interactions.
- Willingness to travel extensively with flexibility for varying project sites.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
