Diesel Automotive Technician: Family-Owned Shop (No Weekends / up to $120K)

At Taylor Automotive & Tire, we’re looking for an experienced Diesel Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman who is ready to take the lead. Your Responsibilities

As our Diesel Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and other vehicles across a wide range of automotive systems
• Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and help maintain strong workmanship standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
• Help the team troubleshoot difficult diagnostic and repair concerns
• Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and management to keep work moving efficiently
• Lead by example and contribute to a professional, team-focused shop environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 7 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diesel diagnostic and repair experience
• Proven Master Technician-level knowledge and skills
• The ability to lead, mentor, and support other technicians
• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to commute to or relocate to Kaufman, Texas, before starting work
