Taylor & Associates CPAs LLC is an accounting firm with offices in Ripon and Markesan. We provide services such as accounting, taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and succession planning to all area communities.
We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team in Ripon! The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor. You need to be well organized, a strong initiator, have strong communication skills, capable of working in a fast paced environment (especially during peak season (January - April)), and also able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage large amounts of data, perform general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting and supporting clients, billing/invoicing, maintaining office supplies and organization, data entry, assembly, and filing.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion is a MUST
Requirements/Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for interacting with clients and staff
- Ability to prioritize multiple work tasks and focus on deadlines
Schedule:
January 1st - April 30th: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus overtime and some Saturdays
May 1st - December 31st: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - noon
