Tay Ho - Immediate Team Member Needed
We're seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House member at our Vietnamese restaurant. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests through our menu with authentic knowledge, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every customer. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, taking orders accurately, and coordinating with kitchen staff to provide smooth service.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential; we’re happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with us!

What You’ll Do
- Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and input orders
- Keep the serving line, customer area, and restrooms clean and organized
- Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest
- Prepare beverages and organize in-store, pick-up, and delivery orders
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Preferably fluent in Vietnamese (not required)
- Servsafe/Food Handler certificate (company reimbursed)
- Ability to work closely with team members during high-volume shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods and work with minimal supervision
