The Role: Strategic Tax Leadership

- Lead the evolution of tax operations into a strategic business partner function
- Implement tax technology and build ETR forecasting capabilities
- Establish scalable, SOX-compliant processes
- Drive visibility and influence across the business
- Succession potential to the Head of Tax
Location: Phoenix, Arizona Area

Ideal Background
- Deep expertise in ASC 740 / income tax provision
- Minimum 10 years in corporate tax and/or public accounting
- Experience with global tax provisions, compliance oversight, purchase accounting & M&A
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; masters degree preferred
