Account Manager (SaaS)
TAXNETUSA | Tyler, TX (In Office) | Full-Time
TAXNETUSA is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing SaaS customers. This post-sales role focuses on customer success, renewals, retention, and upselling. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact after the sale and act as a trusted advisor to your accounts.
What You’ll Do- Become an expert in the TAXNETUSA software platform
- Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing customer education
- Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Conduct renewal meetings and negotiate pricing when appropriate
- Maintain regular communication via email, phone, and Zoom
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
- Experience with SaaS or software-based products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-first mindset with excellent organization
- Comfortable presenting and training users remotely
- Experience with renewals or account growth preferred
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 commission
- OTE: $75,000–$100,000
