The Opportunity
This is not a traditional employee role. It's for self starting tax professionals who already have a handful of clients and want a platform to grow on their own terms. As an independent preparer with Taxfinity, you'll prepare and sign returns for your own clients while leveraging our tools, support, and infrastructure to operate more efficiently and professionally than you could alone.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and file individual and business tax returns for your own client base
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Use Taxfinity's professional software, billing, and operational tools to run your practice
- Grow your book of business with the backing of an established brand
Who We're Looking For
- An active PTIN and the credentials to prepare and sign tax returns (CPA, EA, or experienced preparer)
- A few existing clients you can bring with you
- A self starter mindset; you want to own and grow your practice, not clock in for someone else
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and workload
