Case Coordinator Team Member
As a member of the Case Coordinator Department you will lead and support our members through their case. You will provide exceptional service for the member and the TaxAudit Tax Professional, creating the foundation for successfully moving forward. Working closely with team members to provide the best member experience. You will be an integral part of helping TaxAudit fulfill our mission of providing the best income tax audit representation and the best taxpayer education available while minimizing the stress involved. Key Objectives and Results:
- You will provide a positive member experience, conveying patience, professionalism, empathy, and integrity to minimize the stress involved in dealing with tax authorities
- You will be an ambassador for our company and be engaged and aligned with TaxAudit’s core values
- Member expectations, TaxAudit and partner standards will be maintained and exceeded
Essential Case Management functions:
- Customer service
- Explain the Audit Process to members
- Request the correct documentation
- Work within a team to provide a high level of customer service
- Understand how to field a complaint
- Clearly document each step made on a case
- Know if the case is covered
- Understand the Quote Process
- Efficiently work multiple cases
- Have knowledge of our internal systems
- Complete administrative tasks and file organization

Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in administrative skills such as data entry, filing, copying, telecommunications, etc.
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Customer service experience with the ability to handle tense situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials
- Time management skills
- Accurate verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.
- Vision: Requirements of this job include close vision
- Speaking/Hearing: Ability to give and receive information through speaking and listening
- Overtime may be required
Position is a full time in the office position located in Folsom California. Due to pandemic restrictions TaxAudit is currently working from home. Until the company returns to the office you must meet the requirements below to work from home.
