Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, with a focus on customer relationship management solutions. This role involves implementing, and maintaining CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. The CRM Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM system aligns with organizational goals and supports effective data management.
Duties
- Implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM with existing IT infrastructure, including databases and APIs.
- Conduct system administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data integrity checks.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement load balancing strategies.
- Manage and maintain multiple CRM systems including AI system and Social Plug
- Coordinate CRM strategy and usage across departments (Sales, Marketing, Support)
- Evaluate and implement integrations between systems or third-party tools
- Work with vendors and developers on customization, updates, and support
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data for decision-making
Requirements
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture principles.
- Experience with RAID controllers
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services for hosting CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and ESXi.
- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux environments.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs for system integration purposes..
