Duties:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, keep updated with emails
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Work along side a team to provide and give information
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
This position requires a reliable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
