What You Bring:

• You're a Proven Closer. This isn't your first sales job and you've dominated sales quotas before—mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or similar high-stakes fields are a big plus.
• You can thrive in fast-paced, phone-based sales with CRM experience to back it up. You're in the office making things happen.
• You’ve got the charisma to connect, a natural persuader, the grit to push through objections, and the smarts to seal the deal.

Base Pay: $35,152

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 (including commissions)
