Duties
- Assist clients with completing federal and state income tax returns
- Gather, review, and organize tax documents provided by clients
- Enter client information into tax preparation software accurately
- Ask appropriate questions to ensure all eligible credits and deductions are claimed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the filing process
- Stay up to date on basic tax laws and training materials
- Ensure returns are completed correctly and on time
- Answer basic client questions or refer complex inquiries to senior staff
Qualifications:
- No previous tax experience required — we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
