What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automations Specialist position at Tax Maverick?
DAP Brands is seeking a detail-oriented, technically savvy, and solution-driven Integrations Associate to support our mission of building seamless, scalable automations across the organization. This role goes beyond task execution. You’ll work closely with our Technology Integration Manager to design, maintain, and optimize workflows that improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Setup & Maintenance: Assist in setting up, testing, launching, and maintaining integrations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel. Monitor automations for accuracy and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose smart automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and build tailored workflows.
- Technical Support: Work with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) to resolve data sync issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Documentation & Training: Document workflows, integrations, and processes to ensure scalability. Assist in training internal users on newly built systems and automation tools.
