About the Role
We’re hiring Remote Call Center Representatives to join our outbound calling team. In this role, you’ll make friendly, professional outbound calls to individuals who have already registered for an upcoming event - no cold calling or sales.
If you enjoy talking to people, are organized, and can sound warm and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound reminder calls to event registrants
• Confirm attendance, event details, and gather guest details as needed
• Accurately document call outcomes and information collected in Google Spreadsheet
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and clear phone presence
• Follow call scripts and internal guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based roles
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Personal laptop and headset suitable for call work
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Dependable availability within the required hours
Schedule & Availability
• Flexible scheduling within Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
• Consistent availability is required during scheduled shifts
