Role Description
We're seeking a professional and detail-oriented Tax Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our Brentwood office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing front desk operations with warmth and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls in a timely manner
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the accounting and tax teams
- Assisting clients with inquiries and directing them to appropriate team members
- Processing documents and correspondence
- Managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, organized reception area
- Supporting office operations and assisting with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in receptionist and clerical duties (filing, organizing, records management)
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage high call volumes professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
