Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, invoicing, payments, and service inquiries.
- Provide support to the firm’s Partners.
- Draft and manage client communications, including bulk reminders and follow-ups.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance firm processes.
- Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through from start to finish, and supporting additional requests as they arise.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in an office or administrative, client-facing role.
- Education: Some college coursework preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients.
- Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- In-Office Presence: This role requires 100% on-site work during tax season (January-April & September-October). Then hybrid options in the off season, 3 days in office and 2 days remote with additional flexibility.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks annually to recharge and relax.
- Paid Holidays: Closed for all banking Holiday’s.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
