Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly

Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary client contact, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, invoicing, payments, and service inquiries.
  • Provide support to the firm’s Partners.
  • Draft and manage client communications, including bulk reminders and follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance firm processes.
  • Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through from start to finish, and supporting additional requests as they arise.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years in an office or administrative, client-facing role.
  • Education: Some college coursework preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Suite.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • In-Office Presence: This role requires 100% on-site work during tax season (January-April & September-October). Then hybrid options in the off season, 3 days in office and 2 days remote with additional flexibility.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Paid Time Off: 3 weeks annually to recharge and relax.
  • Paid Holidays: Closed for all banking Holiday’s.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
