We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive to grow and manage a diverse portfolio of clients in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you'll execute a sales strategy across two distinct channels, driving growth through both renewals and new business development.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in inside and outside sales, experience managing large accounts, and a passion for identifying and securing new opportunities. You'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships while actively prospecting in a defined vertical market, with assigned growth targets across your entire book of business.

- Target opportunities in the current customer base and set appointments with current clients to establish needs and cross-sell new products
- Maintain a specified renewal rate with assigned current clients
- Maintain a minimum number of "new" prospect appointments/demonstrations weekly
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and growth targets through price increases, cross-selling, and new client acquisition
- Assist the marketing team to develop and evolve target lists and lead generation
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends
- Secure and process orders for current and new clients
- Follow all reporting guidelines and use CRM for all client and prospect interaction, customer renewal information, and pipeline management
- Develop a consultative approach and add value to customers and prospects through knowledge and expertise
- Travel when warranted to larger customer sites and for sales presentations to potential customers when deemed appropriate
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in experience required
- 5 years of proven sales skills with a history of exceeding sales quota in a B2B sales role, inside or outside
- CRM experience (such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or Goldmine)
