Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with and provide support to operations team
- Perform proficient and accurate alpha and numeric data entry into web-based systems for billing
- Assist with PM dispatching
- Verify system information to bill of ladings to ensure accuracy
- Review documents for pertinent information and accuracy before documents are scanned
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate within related Microsoft programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solver, with great attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
