Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: West Richland and South Richland
Employment Type: Part -Time 20 hours per week for each location or one Full Time 40 hours per week.
$24- $26 per hour

Club 24 Fitness is dedicated to providing exceptional fitness experiences to our members. We are currently seeking an experienced, high-performing Assistant Manager to join our Baker City team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, leadership, and has a strong drive to take on managerial responsibilities.
Position Overview:
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the current manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, enhance member experience, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills and a self motivator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Manage and improve member retention, enrollment, and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and enhance the overall member experience, addressing issues and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
- Oversee inventory management and retail sales, ensuring revenue goals are met.
- Staff scheduling , retail reporting and admin reporting
Qualifications:
- Passion for Health and Fitness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in using software for scheduling, inventory, and social media management.
- Availability to work evening hours Monday - Thursday
