Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Specialist based in Detroit, MI, with opportunities for remote work. The Field Specialist will be responsible for on-site technical support, troubleshooting equipment and software issues, assisting customers with system integration, and providing training on Tavolo solutions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing system performance, addressing client concerns, conducting installations, and ensuring optimal functionality of Tavolo’s innovative systems in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Experience in providing Training to clients to ensure proper use and understanding of systems
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in hybrid working environments
• Technical expertise or experience in networks, software and hardware systems within the casino or similar industries is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
