- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, or restaurant policies to enhance their experience

Skills
- Proven experience as a Host or in a similar guest-facing role within food service or restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and graciously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in guest interactions
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for reservation management and order processing
