Duties

• Deliver prepared food orders promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes for service.
• Support servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate guest needs or special dietary requests effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, utensils, and delivery carts to uphold hygiene standards.
• Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order tracking when needed and assist with basic cashiering duties such as cash handling.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations enhances your ability to support the team effectively.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Banquet, catering, or hotel service experience can provide a strong foundation for this role.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for guest interactions and team collaboration.
• Prior experience as a busser, host/hostess, or delivery driver can be beneficial in understanding guest relations and service flow.
