Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while focusing on curating and managing our beverage program. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate professional who values excellence in both service and beverage innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Management:
- Oversee the wine and beverage program, including inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the sommelier and bar team to design wine pairings and signature cocktails.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.
- Leadership & Operations:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring service aligns with Atlas’ standards.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Guest Experience:
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service and expert beverage recommendations.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant and beverage management, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting (Michelin or Forbes rated preferred).
