What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook pizzas in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Stretch dough, prep ingredients, and manage pizza orders with accuracy and consistency
- Operate wood-fired or deck ovens (depending on concept rotation)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of prep and line stations
- Follow all food safety protocols and maintain quality standards
- Bring energy, teamwork, and positive vibes to the kitchen
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience as a cook, preferably with pizza or in a scratch kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic kitchen equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work weekends and evenings
