What You’ll Do
- Lead the floor with confidence during lunch and dinner service
- Coach and develop hourly and management team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Partner with the culinary team on execution, pacing, and communication
- Support scheduling, labor management, and day-to-day operations
- Help maintain strong standards around cleanliness, safety, and compliance

- Two years of Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
