The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at Nami. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a sharp eye for operational detail, and inspire high-performing teams. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to brand standards
- Support recruitment, training, and mentorship of hourly staff to uphold a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with the General Manager and culinary leadership to manage scheduling, labor, and service flow
- Lead pre-shift meetings, service recovery, and team accountability
- Maintain guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve service issues
- Assist in inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster relationships with regular guests and local partners to drive loyalty and community engagement

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and team leadership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant financials
- A genuine passion for food, beverage, and the guest experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
