Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational General Manager to lead the team at Joe’s on Newbury. The GM will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a guest-first culture, and leading a high-performing management and hourly team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in full-service restaurants, with at least 2 years as a General Manager.
- Proven success in managing high-volume operations in a polished casual or upscale environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience overseeing P&L, forecasting, and cost management.
