Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance
- Conduct tire services including rotations and alignments
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist in general automotive repairs and diagnostics as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services based on vehicle condition
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various automotive tasks
Skills
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Strong automotive repair skills with an understanding of automotive diagnostics
- Mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, alignments, and tire services
- Background as a service technician 1-2 years, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
