Service Advisor – Taverna CDJR Ft Lauderdale
Taverna CDJR in Ft Lauderdale is looking for a motivated, experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. We need someone who can take control of the service drive, build strong customer relationships, sell service and parts with confidence, and help deliver the high-level experience our guests expect.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume dealership with real earning potential for the right person.

Responsibilities Include:
- Making proactive outbound calls and texts to drive appointments
- Greeting customers and checking in vehicles using DealerFX
- Opening and managing repair orders in Reynolds & Reynolds
- Preparing estimates, adding labor times, presenting recommendations, and getting approvals
- Working closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving
- Closing repair orders accurately in Reynolds & Reynolds
- Following up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage 5-star reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience required
- Strong ability to sell service and parts while meeting performance goals
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment
- Team-focused, organized, and confident with customers
- CDJR or Dodge experience preferred
