Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a positive attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front area
- Support the team to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability REQUIRED
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
